Proprietary Reimbursement Database – The daunting task of tracking constant updates occurring in an ever-changing reimbursement environment prompted DK Pierce to create a proprietary reimbursement database. This database, housing specific information for all Medicare contractors, Medicaid agencies and commercial payers, allows DK Pierce to organize information efficiently so that we can track, analyze, and create reports on trends related to various data points.
Payer Meeting Tracking –DK Pierce tracks and provides reports for clients on all Medicare meetings such as Medicare draft open meetings, as well as Medicaid open public meetings (Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and Drug Utilization Review Meetings). This service is tailored specifically to each client based on the products and drug classes relevant to them. DK Pierce continually monitors contractor and agency websites for meetings at which the clients’ products or drug classes may be reviewed. Notifications of relevant meetings are sent to the client via monthly reports or eAlerts™ (for more sensitive information). Either way, we allow ample time for clients to make arrangements to attend and/or present at the meeting if necessary.
